D.J. Moore’s stellar performance on Thursday Night Football aids the Bears in snapping their 14-game losing streak.

The bears spent the night. They broke a 14-game losing run by dominating the Commanders 40-20. Since defeating the Patriots 33-14 on October 24, 2022, Washington had gone winless. Since scoring 41 points against Jacksonville on December 27, 2020, they had not scored 40 or more points.

D.J. Moore stood out, recording eight catches for 230 yards and three touchdowns, both career highs. He scored touchdowns of 20, 11, and 56, the latter of which came with 4:09 remaining in the game left.

With the Panthers versus Detroit in 2018, Moore’s previous career high was 157 yards. For 282 yards and four touchdowns, Justin Fields completed 15 of his 29 passes. On a 4-yard pass, Cole Kmet scored the opposite team touchdown. Before hurting his right ankle, Khalil Herbert ran for 76 yards on 10 attempts.
