The second quarter of the current fiscal year had a net profit of Rs. 201.2 million for Surya Life Insurance. This represents a 32.43% increase over the prior year. The same company also raised the cost of its own insurance by 77.85%, or Rs 2.28 billion.
The organization’s life insurance fund now has a value of Rs. 9.28 billion, up 49.44% from the previous public financial statement. The business had settled claims totaling Rs 392.6 million as of mid-December.
